Mode d'emploi et posologie

Footbath: Add 150g Magnesium Flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approx. 5 litres of water, enough to cover feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes. Bath: Add 250g Magnesium Flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. Increase amount for a more intensive experience. It is recommended to take a magnesium bath 2 to 3 times a week. 1kg of Magnesium Flakes contains 120g of elemental magnesium.

Avertissements

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use on damaged or broken skin. On initial application, you may experience a slight tingling sensation; this is safe and will pass with regular use. If irritation occurs, stop use. Consult your GP before starting any new supplements, especially if you are on medication or have any medical conditions. Magnesium Flakes are very hygroscopic and will quickly absorb moisture if left opened.
