Osavi Super Strong Omega 3 delivers a high-concentration fish oil in a convenient once-daily softgel. Each capsule provides 1000 mg of fish oil in triglyceride form (TG 50/25), containing a minimum of 500 mg EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 250 mg DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), along with at least 50 mg of other omega-3 acids — a total of at least 800 mg of omega-3 acids per serving. The triglyceride form is the natural form in which omega-3 fatty acids occur in fish, making this a premium-quality formulation.

The fish oil is sourced from pelagic fish, primarily anchovies, and is stabilised with mixed tocopherols to help maintain freshness and quality.
