Osavi Ashwagandha KSM-66® delivers 200 mg of a concentrated root extract of Withania somnifera per capsule, standardised to contain 5% withanolides. KSM-66® is a branded ashwagandha root extract produced using a proprietary extraction process that preserves the naturally occurring compounds of the root without using alcohol solvents. Each capsule provides an extract derived from a minimum of 2,000 mg of raw ashwagandha root, reflecting a dry extract ratio (DER) of 10–15:1.

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is a plant native to India and North Africa and has been used for centuries in traditional Ayurvedic practice. KSM-66® is one of the most extensively researched ashwagandha root extract preparations available on the market today.
