Osavi Omega-3 Fish Oil delivers 2000 mg of high-quality fish oil per daily serving, providing a minimum of 700 mg of total omega-3 fatty acids, including at least 360 mg EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 240 mg DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). The oil is sourced primarily from pelagic fish such as anchovies and is supplied in triglyceride form (TG 18/12), which is the naturally occurring form found in fish.
